You will no longer dispatch the wrong goods - with the Dispatch Control function in the Chameleoon app.
How does it work?
Log in to the app
If you don't have a Chameleoon account yet, sign up.
Select the Disbursement Control window
The window is located in the main menu of the application.
Select orders
Using the order number or order status
Check items
After scanning the last item, the label is printed automatically.
Check items
The Chameleoon app makes sure that the packaged goods are correct before the actual shipment. All using the Disbursement Control service.
If the app detects that you are packing a different product than the one you ordered, it will notify you of this error in a timely manner.
Different import options
You can upload your check orders by scanning e.g. a printed invoice for the order, by entering the order number or simply selecting the order based on the selected status - without the need for paper.
Warning of incorrect entries
In case you scan or enter other than the ordered goods, the application will notify you in time with an error message and a sound effect.
The same is true in the case of incorrect delivery details, where it will also alert you to the error and allow you to correct it.
Automatic printing
After scanning or entering the last item of a given order, the application automatically sends an instruction to print the label to the printer. Just stick it on.
