Natures s.r.o. is a Slovak family-owned biotechnology company specializing in the development, research and production of natural beta-1,3/1,6-D-glucan from oyster mushroom.
As demand for the products grew, the company began to expand sales through its e-shop and gradually expanded into European markets. However, the growth in orders brought a new challenge - to manage logistics efficiently and without errors.
Challenge
With the growth of the e-shop, logistics began to put a significant strain on internal processes. The main issues were:
- increasing number of orders from the e-shop
- manual order processing and label printing
- risk of packaging errors
- complicated administration of different carriers
- Insufficient visibility of the status of shipments and costs
In order to continue to grow and expand abroad, the company needed automate logistics processes and simplify transport management.
Solution
The company has implemented a system Chameleoon, which it connected with the e-shop on the platform Shoptet. This solution enabled the automation of key shipping processes:
- automatic generation of shipping labels
- order management from a single interface
- shipment tracking
- automatic invoice generation
- integration with courier services
Shipment logistics is handled by the platform KOLOS, which allows you to manage transport and carriers from a single system.

Thanks to this Natures can focus on growing its business instead of dealing with logistics.
Expansion into Europe
The company first focused on Czech Republic and gradually expanded distribution to other European Union countries such as Germany and Italy.
