What is the Upgates integration with Chameleoon?
The connection works through the Upgates API - once set up, Chameleoon downloads open orders, pairs them with the carrier, and takes care of both label printing and status updates. You only handle the packaging.
Import orders
New orders from Upgates will appear in Chameleoon without copying anything.
Labels on click
You select the carrier, click - the label is ready to print. For each order separately or in bulk.
Automatic status update
After shipping, the order status will automatically be reflected in your Upgates administration.
Notifications to customers
E-mail or SMS about the shipment - it goes out automatically, without your intervention.
